20 registrations at St. Ives auction sold under the hammer

The Sydney property market has picked up exactly where it left off in December 2019, showing signs of continued hot competition amongst buyers to purchase homes in Sydney. The real estate auction for 9 Garrick Rd, St. Ives attracted 20 registrations for agent Michael Doran of Belle Property. Sydney real estate auctioneer Clarence White sold the property under the hammer after a fierce battle on the auction floor. Clarence's clearance rate for the weekend was 100% being 10/10 sold.
